  • The paint we use is a high-quality exterior paint designed by Davis Frost paint company and has a projected life expectancy of 10-15 years.

  • All urethane-stained buildings are sprayed with a high-quality urethane stain. The urethane stain is a specialty product which was designed only for use on the LP Smart Panel siding and trim and has a projected life expectancy of 15-20 years.

  • All metal buildings come standard with 29 gauge, Lifetime Warranty Metal. (See chart for colors available) Metal may be upgraded to 26 gauge but upgrade fees will apply.

  • Our high quality shingles are 30 year architectural shingle style.
